DYNAMIC ALIGNMENT YOGA : 6 Week Course

This 6 week course is an energetic approach to yoga asana or yoga poses.  It is designed to provide a solid support to learn the principles and practices of yoga. Students will learn basic actions in yoga poses to help develop strength, flexibility, body and mind awareness, confidence and calm. 


Each class of the course will build progressively with direct clear instruction creatively presented. 

Who is this course for:

  • Total beginners.  This course is beneficial for those who have not done  (much) yoga before.
  • Practitioners who have done some yoga, plus those with a consistent practice, who need a kickstart and a refresh in their understanding of the foundations.
  • Athletes: Yoga can protect against injury and assist with recovery from intense physical exercise.
  • All ages and abilities are welcome

Recommended Props:

  • 1 yoga Matt
  • 1 Yoga Strap 8ft
  • 2 Cork Blocks (not foam please)
  • Enthusiasm
