This 6 week course is an energetic approach to yoga asana or yoga poses. It is designed to provide a solid support to learn the principles and practices of yoga. Students will learn basic actions in yoga poses to help develop strength, flexibility, body and mind awareness, confidence and calm.
Each class of the course will build progressively with direct clear instruction creatively presented.
