I found myself drawn to yoga + meditation.
I enjoyed the direct, creative and simple communication between my mind, breath and body. It helped make me more aware, more curious more kind. These practices helped me persevere in tough times and made the good ones better.
When I practiced regularly, I felt good, very good. I began to notice a shift in myself. I became more fully invested in the moments of my life. I enjoyed slowing down. I felt humbled by the world around me, yet at the same time more victorious in my endeavors.
I know there are people out there who wish to move their bodies more freely, who wish to be more at ease in their minds. They are in need of a change. Through teaching the practice of yoga + meditation, I believe I can help them facilitate that change, so they can too be victorious.
